Being the leading company in the field of welded constructions, Prinzing employs 130 staff members. The construction team is made up of experienced welding specialists, mechanical engineers, CAD programmers and mechanical-engineering technicians, while the production team comprises cutting machine operators, industrial mechanics, welders and plasterers. 80 percent of the staff members have been with the company for more than 5 years; with their long seniority and excellent qualifications, most of the skilled engineering workers and foremen form the company's backbone.
